Zippy and Me DVD CD Guidebook Cap Set (some items unopened)

This is the Zippy and Me set that comes with the Disney English System. It was purchased in December 2016.
I showed the DVDs, but my child was scared of the rabbit and frog that appear, so we didn't use it much.
CDs 2 and 3 are unopened.
⚠️ The cap is not included, but there is a stain on the underside of the brim. (I washed it for the listing.)
There are three folded marks in the guidebook.
All DVD cases 1, 2, and 3 have cracks.
There are minor scratches on the DVD discs.

⚠️ Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing m(_ _)m

I have confirmed that it works on this player.
⚠️ It has a subtitle function, but I have never used it, and I have lost the remote control and don't have a player to test it on. m(_ _)m
However, since it was purchased in 2016, it does have a subtitle function (I inquired with DWE).

The contract information paper in the photos is not included.
There are no smokers or pets.
