This is a beautiful 80's Designer top by Laurence Kazar New York. It is a gorgeous candy apple red with intricate beading around the collar, hemline and sleeve cuffs. They are adorable bows created with black, red and green beads. Call it a Christmas blouse, and it is perfect for that, but we would wear this baby all year round!
