This is a true vintage single stitch tee featuring Jack "The Banger" Sikma of the Seattle Supersonics
The copyright at the bottom of the graphic says © Quaker '78, which pins the artwork to 1978.
The tag is a Hanes 75% cotton / 25% polyester, Made in USA, with the orange/white block logo. That specific style of Hanes tag was used in 1980, which matches the copyright date perfectly.
The player is Jack Sikma, who joined the Seattle SuperSonics in 1977 as a rookie.
Quaker Industries (sometimes called Quaker Screen Printing) was a sportswear graphics company in the 1970s–80s that officially licensed images for pro teams.
