Green Willow- why not, Theres pink willow, red willow, and Green!
This is a thick flat plate, in excellent condition with no cracks no crazing, This plate measures 12 1/4" Wide rim to rim- I see no cutlery marks.
Blue Willow design. This is heavy restaurant style charger cake plate It measures 3/4" high. I can't read the maker but I can make out Japan, This is a beautiful addition for any Willow ware Collector. Doesn’t look used much.
The Legend of the Blue Willow depicts the famous Chinese legend of a wealthy man whose daughter falls in love with his clerk. The young couple elopes, and the father pursues them through his garden and onto the bridge where they transform into lovebirds and fly off beyond his reach.
