A charming antique early 1930's evening hat. Made of gorgeous French silk velvet in a rich chocolate brown, with wonderful rows of decorative pleating. Two rhinestone tiny buckles, one in front and one in the back. Lined with dark brown mesh and a narrow grosgrain ribbon band inside. Inside circumference is 22 1/2" around. An evening cap, wonderful for the upcoming holiday events.
