100% silk chiffon blouse in black with a white satin collar and cuff. Looks great with black pencil skirt, slim leg trousers or to dress up jeans. Blouse is sheer (I wore with only a black bra under) and photo of hand shows how sheer. Cuffs need cufflinks to complete the look. Silk chiffon scarf ties around neck in a pussy-bow style.
