The diffuser base puts out VERY LOW MIST on all levels.
Base was cleaned per Scentsy directions but still has stains inside and on the top. See photos. Therefore, this item is being listed as FAIR.
The light feature of the base works correctly through all of its cycles. Please see photos.
The mosaic-like shade has no cracks or missing pieces of mosaic. The top of the shade has some marks.
