Pressure Differential Sensor by WIKA

The A2G-500 model measures differential, gauge, and vacuum pressures in air and non-aggressive, non-flammable gases within ventilation and air-conditioning systems. Its temperature-compensated, piezoresistive element ensures long-term stability and high accuracy. Measured values are accessible via analogue voltage/current signals, RS-485 interface (Modbus RTU), or LoRaWAN , enabling easy integration into control systems or cloud solutions. With relay outputs, it functions as a cost-effective differential pressure switch or 2-point controller. The A2G-500 offers adjustable measuring ranges, settable via the WIKA app, NFC, buttons, and LEDs or display. Efficient project documentation is facilitated by instrument parameter file readout via NFC and smartphone. A 2" TFT color display with traffic light function and individualised measurement parameter lettering ensures clear, multi-angle viewing of up to four measured values and two relay states. The robust, weather-proof (IP65) case features a tool-less, snap-on cover with customisable graphics, allowing optimal system integration.
