Equipped with an integrated label code on the backing paper, these Plug-In labels enable automatic control of a pricing device based on the interaction between the label and the device. They reduce setup times and prevent costly mislabeling. Each Plug-In label carries a code on its backing paper that stores crucial information about the label, including its specifications and SAP number, as well as device-dependent machine parameters. This two-dimensional barcode uniquely identifies the label, ensures its authenticity, and allows the device to retrieve the associated PLU data and automatically adjust itself to match the impression areas, printing speed, and individual settings without manual intervention.
