Maurten Drink Mix 320 Caf 100 is a carbohydrate sports fuel that uses Hydrogel Technology. Designed to help athletes consume carbohydrate liquid fuel during high-intensity training and racing. Drink Mix 320 Caf 100 contains 80 grams of carbohydrates with 100mg of caffeine when dissolved in 500ml of water.

Caffeine has been shown to promote alertness and reduce perceived effort and pain.
These are properties that can be beneficial in sports performance. The DRINK MIX 320 CAF 100 can be used for building up caffeine levels – on its own or together with other caffeine sources to achieve sufficient caffeine levels during activity.
