I've added hand embroidery to a pair of 1980s Levi's 501 Redline jeans.
The denim is a 1982-made 501, made in the USA, with redline selvedge, button back number 524, black bar tacks, and chain stitch hem.
The embroidery features an English quote on the left leg.
The right leg had a tear at the thigh, which has been repaired with a patch and hand stitching.
The size is small, so it will only fit a limited number of people, but it's a redline pair in good condition, so it's recommended if the size fits.
How about it for women? It would look great with a plain T-shirt, rolled-up denim to show the redline, and tabi boots.
