Original packing. The sleeve has some wear from being in a box with other boxes for storage. Even at the end of the train is a chain. The details are really special on this 15th anniversary edition.
Be careful when removing from the box. It really wants to stay in there. I put cellophane down to help you wiggle it out. Take your time with this one. It is one of the most "fitting" in the spot buildings I've checked.
