Very unique and beautiful piece by designer Alexis. I cannot find any information on it so Im not sure as to what its considered. It can be worn as a shrug, vest, cardigan, cover-up or played over a dress or top. It does have arm holes with an open front. Very hard to picture And these pictures do not do it any justice. If you love unique clothing, this is a piece you must add to your wardrobe. In great condition, but I did find one fringe that must have been caught on something and has been stretched out and pulled. Both edges are still connected But does show damage. Please see last picture for that flaw. Comes from a smoke free home.
