This is a "Bubble Love" bear plush from the 1980s vintage toy line, "Brush-a-Loves."
It was released in 1987 by AmToy or Tyco.
It features a white body with pink and purple accents, and a rainbow pattern on the ears and soles of the feet.
It has a long pink tail that is a brush, and a mirror in its hand.
It is now a rare collector's item.
The edge of the mirror in the right hand has discolored due to aging. Please check the images.
