Made in the USA The EPLC2-3X50LED-2-100 Portable Explosion Proof LED Flood Lighting system from Larson Electronics is rated Class 1 Division 2 and Class 2 Division 1-2 and uses three 24 inch LED light heads to produce a combined 10,800 lumens of light with 360° coverage while drawing only 117 watts. ***PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO THIS HAZARDOUS LOCATION LIGHT FIXTURE*** The EPLC2-3X50LED-2-100 explosion proof LED flood light system provides 360 degrees work area coverage with 10,800 lumens of light output. This portable LED light is mounted to a powder coated frame constructed from non sparking aluminum and has three 24" LED light mounted within the frame. The LED lights within this unit produces a brilliant flood pattern of light that is ideal for illuminating enclosed areas and hazardous locations where flammable vapors, gases and dusts may be present. This explosion proof LED lighting system is comprised of three 24 inch LED light fixtures mounted within a portable stand fabricated from non sparking aluminum. This flood light system can be positioned in its upright position to provide an intense flood beam covering 360° around the system, or suspended in its upright or laid down on its side positions to provide lighting within tanks and enclosed work areas. The triangle frame design provides stability for the flood system in when mounted in either position. A pickeye located on the top of the frame allows operators to lower the flood light system into tanks through manway entries. This fixture can be further customize with locking casters to increase mobility within the work environment.

Each LED lamp draws 39 watts and produces 3,600 lumens with a color temperature of 5000K, which produces colors and details much more accurately than high pressure sodium or mercury vapor lamps. The LED lamps are covered by slide in polycarbonate lenses that protect the fixtures from overspray and debris. These lenses are easy to remove and replace. The copper free aluminum alloy lamp body is powder coated for added durability and resistance to corrosion. Special heat dissipating design in conjunction with LED technology helps this fixture to achieve an excellent 100,000 hour rated lifespan with 80% lumen retention. Included with this LED light is 100 feet of SOOW cord terminated in an 1523 explosion proof straight blade plug.

Top mounted pickeye allows operatores easily move this unit from location to location, as well as aid in lowering into tanks through manway entry ways For an additional cost, locking casters can be added to this unit.
This unit is multi-voltage capable and configured to operate on 120-277 volts 50/60 Hz. This lamp is T5 temperature rated and the LED light head retains 80% of its lumen output after 100,000 hours of use, far longer than incandescent or fluorescent lamps. The compact design and 360° beam coverage makes this unit ideal for tank cleaning and MRO applications.
